Destiny

Destiny (Steven Bonnell II) is a liberal live streamer and debater who advocates liberal and social-democratic policies while frequently clashing with both MAGA conservatives and the further-left online commentariat, making him a distinctly centrist figure within the streaming left. He began streaming video games full-time before shifting to political debate content around 2016, and he is widely described in campus and press coverage as a left-of-center or left-wing streamer. In 2025 he joined the Unfuck America Tour, a progressive campus debate series organized by the National Ground Game PAC to counter Turning Point USA and rally young voters for Democrats, debating students at Virginia Tech in November 2025; the following month he debated a Yale student at a separate event hosted by a campus student group, on topics including Medicare, political violence, and the state of American discourse. His combative style has repeatedly generated controversy, including sharp criticism from conservative outlets over his comments about political violence in 2025.
