Keith and Kevin Hodge are a comedy duo who converted a fitness-YouTube audience into a large populist-right following, branding themselves the "Conservative Twins" after pivoting to pro-Trump political commentary around 2016. They remain firmly on the right, touring as stand-up comedians and running independent podcast and direct-to-fan operations rather than working through traditional media. In January 2026 they posted a clip of Trump with Benjamin Netanyahu asking why "this criminal" was in the country so often — a post that drew more than a million views within 36 hours and was covered by Israel's Ynet as evidence of growing Israel skepticism inside the MAGA coalition. So far that is a single high-profile post rather than a sustained foreign-policy campaign; their domestic commentary remains conventionally conservative.
